At Joint Ache Oil, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning or requesting a refund for items purchased from our website.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund or return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on the following:

• Used or opened products
• Items without original packaging
• Gift cards or downloadable products
• Items purchased on clearance or during a sale

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are only processed for the product cost. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

5. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
